Founder & Lead Mentor
Pastor Dr. Diane Brown is a visionary pastor, intercessor, and transformational leader devoted to empowering women to live out their God-given purpose. She leads the Global Women Collective, a faith-driven movement that equips women through leadership development, health and wellness education, and community impact initiatives across nations. She partners with institutions such as the University of Chicago, BMO Financial, and Generations College to provide training, scholarships, and tools for economic and personal growth. A global worship leader and recording artist, “LaDi” has ministered through music around the world and served in education for over 30 years, mentoring youth through music and the arts.
She is also the founder of International Intercession for Women (II4W), a global prayer and advocacy initiative for women. Her life and ministry are anchored in Psalm 91:1 and marked by a deep commitment to faith, education, service, and global impact.

Dr. Diane Brown International Intercession for Women Prayer Line is a global gathering of women who come together to seek God’s presence, healing, and direction. Through powerful, Spirit-led intercession, women are encouraged, covered in prayer, and equipped to stand strong in their faith, families, ministries, and careers. This prayer line creates a safe, confidential space where women can share their burdens, receive biblical encouragement, and experience breakthrough as we agree together in prayer from around the world.
Global Women Collective
Global Women Collective is a faith-driven initiative founded by Dr. Diane Brown that empowers women worldwide to grow in leadership, purpose, and personal development. Through mentorship, education, and community initiatives, the Collective equips women with tools to create meaningful impact in their families, communities, and nations. By fostering collaboration, cultural exchange, and holistic growth, Global Women Collective is committed to raising women who lead with vision, faith, and global influence.
